Is it wise to go for higher education(masters) after finishing bachelors?

For the above question, I would like to suggest few ideas from my experience point of view. When a student is finishing his bachelor's degree and is having a Job in hand, I suggest him to go for work because now-a-days only few companies are going for masters degree candidate. It is better to have two years of experience in a company environment and then go for masters. But if a person is intending to go for research work/ Teaching career, they can pursue for higher studies immediately. This will help them to reach a better. position with experience to work in college/university. For those wanting to work in companies can do as ber the former  method and join a foreign university for higher studies. How some idea would have reached you.
