Here is a short story upon the heading:

There was a sheep rearer who was having a dog and horse. One night the sheep rearer was having a deep sleeping at his farm house. That night a thief entered the house without the knowledge of the sheep rearer to steal items. The dog looking at the thief did not bark at him. Instead kept silent having in mind the bad attitude of his master to serve the dog daily food. Looking over the situation the that the dog is not barking and taking pity over the master the horse started to neigh at the thief. Hearing the sound of the horse, the thief ran away and his master woke up and came to horse and whipped him with anger, Since it has disturbed his sleep half way and slept blaming.

Moral: We have to work for the assigned job only, working hard beyond it will create a fuss 

Different perspective: Lets take the storyline in a different way

When the horse neigh, his master woke's up thinks the reason, since the horse would have not neigh unnecessary and checks his house to find the door open. seeing the loyalty of the horse, the master feeds the horse well and does not care the dog.By coming to know the loyalty and interest of the horse, the master off loads most of his work to the horse. The dog who was a seeing all these developments laughed silently. Due to overload from his master, the horse started to send his CV/ Resume searching for new job.
